| 摘 要： | 目的探讨彩超对软组织海绵状血管瘤诊断价值。方法对13例软组织海绵状血管瘤行二维及彩色多普勒血流检查分析。结果软组织海绵状血管瘤二雏表现为形态不整的低回声区并其内分隔样回声，部分其内另可见强回声斑，彩色多普勒血流显像可见其内丰富的血流信号，呈缓慢连续性，挤压周围软组织后血流信号明显增加。结论彩超对软组织海绵状血管瘤的诊断有重要的临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the diagnostic value for cavernous hemagioma with Doppler.Methods 13 cases of such patient were detected with Doppler and blood flow examination.Results The low echo with varied shapes and septum inside was detected with two dimensions and some of echo were strong inside.The Doppler had shown rich slow and continuous and it would increased when soft tissue was depressed.Conclusion The Doppler might have great diagnostic value for cavernous henagioma. |
