| 摘 要： | 目的 通过对苯中毒患者血常规检测和骨髓常规检测分析，了解其临床类型的特点。方法 根据诊断标准进行分组诊断，对18例苯中毒患者进行血细胞分析，骨髓穿刺取骨髓液及活体组织进行研究。结果 18例苯申毒患者均有外周血细胞减少，尤以白细胞减少更明显；粒红比值除2例正常外其余均低于正常值；骨髓象表现为13例骨髓增生减低，5例骨髓增生活跃，其中9例慢性重度苯中毒患者中继发再生障碍性贫血（再障）6例，骨髓增生异常综合征（MDS）1例，白血病2例。结论 苯中毒可以导致造血系统损害，可导致再生障碍性贫血，白血病和MDS的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the hemogram and bone marrow of benzolism and study its clinical characteristics.Methods 18 cases of such patient were divided according to diagnostic standard and they were analyzed in blood and bone marrow and biopsy.Results The WBC in peripheral blood decreased and granulocyte ratio decreased in most case.The bone marrow proliferation decreased in 13 cases and increased in 5 case.9 cases had aplastic anemia and 1 case had MDS.Conclusion The benzolism might cause the aplastic anemia and MDS as injury of hematopoietic system. |
