| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨中国北方汉族人群中多巴胺D2受体（DRD2）基因TaqIA多态性与酒依赖的相关性。方法 采用聚合酶链式反应-限制性片断长度多态性（PCR-RFLP）技术，检测酒依赖组（66例）和对照组（70例）的DRD2基因TaqIA多态性的基因型和等位基因频率。结果 酒依赖组和对照组的DRD2基因TaqIA多态性的基因型和等位基因频率有显著性差异，携带A1等位基因者更易形成酒依赖（OR：3．475，P〈0．05）。结论 本研究提示，在中国北方汉族人群众中DRD2基因TaqIA多态性与酒依赖存在相关性，TaqIAl等位基因可能是酒依赖发病的易感因子。

| Abstract: | Objective To invest the association of DRD2 receptor gene TaqIA polymorphism with alcohol dependence in north Chinese Han.Methods Genotype and allele frequencies of TaqIA polymorphism of DRD2 receptor gene in 66 alcohol dependence patients(dependence group) and 70 normal controls(control group) were examined by polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP) technique.Results The genotype and allele frequencies of DRD2 gene TaqIA polymorphism differed significantly between dependence group and control group.A1 allele frequency was associated positively with alcohol dependence(OR:3.475,P<0.05).Conclusion DRD2 receptor gene TaqIA polymorphism has an association with alcohol dependence patients,which suggest it may be a factor responsible for increasing susceptibility for alcohol dependence in north Chinese Han. |
