| 摘 要： | 目的建立荷人胃肠间质瘤裸鼠动物模型,并对其生物学行为进行初步探讨。方法BALB/C/nu/nu品系裸鼠皮下接种人胃肠间质瘤组织块,观察成瘤情况及移植瘤病理组织学特点,并用免疫组织化学SP方法测定移植瘤的CD117的表达情况。结果移植瘤生长稳定,30只裸鼠荷瘤成功26只,荷瘤成功率86%,病理组织学与免疫组织化学均证实移植瘤保持了人胃肠间质瘤的生物学特征。结论采用BALB/C/nu/nu品系裸鼠皮下接种人胃肠间质瘤组织块的方法初步建立了人胃肠间质瘤的裸鼠皮下移植瘤模型,为进一步研究胃肠间质瘤的侵袭生长特性奠定了基础。
