| 摘 要： | 目的：研究ｎｍ２３基因在肝癌转移，发生，发展中的意义，方法：应用免疫组人技术（ＳＰ法）检测ｎｍ２３在２４例人肝癌组织的表达，结果ｎｍ２３在肝癌组织中较高表达，在癌旁组织中也有表达，在已发生临床转移的肝癌组织中ｎｍ２３的表达水平明显低于尚未发生转移，结论：ｎｍ２３在抑制肝癌转移中有一定的作用，但在肝癌转移过程显然尚有其他调节因素的存在。

| Abstract: | Purpose To study the expression of nm23 gene in liver carcinoma and its relation to metastasis. Methods Twenty four cases of human liver carcinoma tissues were studied by immunohistochemical technique(SP method). Results The expression level of nm23 in the liver carcinoma group with metastasis was markedly lower than that of the group without metastasis. Conclusions nm23 has some inhibitory effect on the metastasis of liver carcinoma, and there should be some other factors which also play certain role in the metastasis of liver carcinoma besides the nm23. |
