摘    要:目的:观察杏仁核内微量注射环磷酸腺苷和腺苷三磷酸(ATP)的睡眠和觉醒的影响。方法:多导睡眠描记。结果:cAMP可减少觉醒(W),缩短入睡潜伏期(SWS1),增加慢波睡眠(SWS)和总睡眠时间(TST);ATP对睡眠无显著影响。结果:外源性cAMP可促进睡眠,抑制觉醒,杏仁核是睡眠-觉醒周期调节的重要部位。

Abstract:Objective:To invesgate the effects of cAMP and ATP microinjection into amygdaloid nucleus on sleep and wakefulness(W) in rats.Methods:The experiment was performed under polysomnography(PSG).Results:cAMP decreased W and latency of SWS 1,increased slow wave sleep(SWS) and total sleep time(TST),but didnot change paradoxical sleep(PS).ATP failed to induce any significant change in sleep and W.Conclusions:cAMP is effective in sleep promoting and wakefulness inhibiting in amygdaloid nucleus.Amygdaloid nucleus played an important role in regulating sleep and wakefulness.
