福利院老人家属心理需求的调查与分析

目的探讨老年患者在福利院住院期间，其家属的心理需求，以调整工作结构及工作重点。方法采取自制问卷对216例目前正在福利养老院住院且入住时间在3个月以上的老人家属做相关需求的调查。结果家属在老人来福利院最需要解决的问题一项中：选择治疗的55％；选择护理的90％；选择养老的100％。最担心发生的事情是：跌倒摔伤占70％；护工的工作质量占55％；病情突然变化占43％。最需要提供的服务是：精细的生活照料占100％；与家属多沟通占88％；先进的医疗设备占25％。结论家属心理需求的调查，有利于拓宽服务思路，规范、调整各项服务标准，为老人提供最适宜的服务，提高家属的满意度、降低纠纷的发生率。

Welfare needs of elderly family members of investigation and analysis of Psychological

Objective To investigate the orphanage hospitalized elderly patients, their families, psychological needs, to adjust the structure of work and focus. Methods A questionnaire on 216 cases of self-being and welfare of nursing home admission time in hospital more than 3 months related needs of elderly family members to do the investigation. Results To the families of the elderly most in need of welfare problems of a middle： choice of treatment 55% ; choice of care 90% ; select pension of 100%. Most worried about is what happens： falls falls 70% ; the quality of work of nursing workers, 55% ; 43% of sudden changes in condition. Most in need of services provided： Fine life care 100% ; communicate with their families accounted for 88% ; advanced medical equipment accounted for 25%. Conclusion Psychological needs of the families of the survey findings will help expand the service, standardize, adjust the service standards for the elderly to provide the most appropriate services, improve family satisfaction, reduce the incidence of disputes.
