冷冻精液行供精质量分析

目的:探讨冷冻精液行供精宫颈内人工授精(ICI)的治疗周期,评价人类精子库冷冻精液的质量。方法:回顾性分析本院生殖中心AID室自2002年7月￣2004年3月用冷冻精液对有适应证的641例妇女行供精ICI1263周期的临床资料。结果:641例行供精人工授精1263个周期中共有201例获临床妊娠,截稿时已有39例分娩正常婴儿,周期妊娠率15.91%,受孕率31.35%,其中自然流产18例(8.96%),畸形引产3例(1.49%)。妊娠201例中3周期累计妊娠率98.5%(198/201)。结论:现行人类精子库的冷冻精液各项指标均达到并超过部颁标准,可用作供精ICI,建议ICI治疗周期3个。

Tto evaluate of quality on frozen-thawed semen

Objective: To evaluate the quality of frozen-thawed human spermatozoa through investigating the clinical application of artificial insemination with donor's semen(AID). Methods: A retrospective study was conducted on 1 263 AID cycles couples of 641 infertile couples who required AID for male between July 2002 and March 2004. Results: There were 201 pregnancies in the ICI group: 18 spontaneous abortions, 3 spontaneous aberration, and 180 viable pregnancies.The overall ongoing pregnancy rate(PR) per insemination was 15.91%(201/1263), The cumulative ongoing PR following 3 ICI cycles was 98.5%(198/201). Conclusion: The results demonstrate that the frozen semen of our human sperm bank(HSB) are safe and effective for clinical treatment for male infertility by AID. We suggest that each couple are followed for 3 ICI cycles at least unless a pregnancy occurs or the couple withdraw from treatment.
