高频超声在诊断急性阑尾炎中的应用

目的：探讨高频超声诊断急性阑尾炎的声像图特征及其应用价值。材料和方法：对２５７例阑尾炎患者进行术前超声检查，术后病理证实。使用探头频率为５０～７０ＭＨｚ，在右下腹阑尾区探查，必要时局部适当加压，观察阑尾形态、大小、壁厚、血流、回声、渗出液、活动度、实性物、记录有关参数和图像。结果：２４１例阑尾病变显影，占８０％。结论：高频超声诊断急性阑尾炎有较高的临床应用价值。

Appliance of Highfrequency Ultrasound in Diagnosing Acute Appendicitis

Purpose: To assess the image features and the diagnostic value of highfrequency ultrasound in diagnosing acute appendicitis. THZ]Materials and Methods: 257 cases of pathologically proven appendicitis were examinded by highfrequency ultrasound preoperatively using oppressing methods. The probe of 5.07.0MHz frequency was used, and the appendix area or right lower abdomen must be examined. The form, size, thickness of it's wall, blood flow, echo, effusion, motion and solidation of the appendix were recorded with relative parameters. Results: 241 cases (93.8%) demonstrated appendix lesion, 123 cases (47.7%) displayed focal stone in the lumen. CDFI showed 61 cases (23.7%) had blood flow signals in appendix and CDE showed 206 cases (80%). Condusion: Highfrequency ultrasound is valuabe in diagnosing acute appendicitis.
