深化高等医学院校课程结构改革的理论思考

当前高等医学院校课程结构改革未能深化的一个重要原因是缺乏理论研究,没有从理论上全方位地把握课程结构改革及内涵。笔者针对当前高等医学院校课程结构中存在的主要弊端,根据课程结构改革的基本要求.认为当前深化课程结构改革应主要解决如下三个问题:①重新修改和表述医学人才培养目标;②重新调整和充实课程内容体系;③重新设计和安排课程组合形式及其教学方式。文章从分析社会发展需要和21世纪人才要求,科技发展趋势和医学模式变化以及高等教育学原理和教育对象身心发展特征要求入手,对高等医学院校课程结构改革中应解决的三大问题的各自对策提出了相应的思路。

The Theoretical Thinking about Deepening the Course Structure Reformation in Medical University

What caused the course structure reformation couldn't deepen till now are lack for theoretical thinking and never grasping the course structure reformation and its meaning. According to the main defects existing in the course structure of medical universtity in present and the basic demand of the course structure reformation, the author thinks in order to deepen the course structure reformation we should solve three important problems. The first is revising and reexpressing the goal of medical staff training. The second is adjusting and richening the course system. The third is redesign and rearrange the course combination form and teaching method. Through analysing the need of socialdevelopment, the need of 21st century, the trend of science and tech.nology development, the changing of medical model, the principle of higher education and the need of the educational objects' mental and physical development, we draw up some countermeasures to resolve these three important problems in order to deepen the course structure reformation of medical university.
