| 摘 要： | 本文结合国内外医学期刊临床论著中统计学应用状况分析,对《医学统计学》教材内容的改革提出了以下几点设想:①教材内容应以基本统计方法为核心,加强统计描述和参数区间估计方面的内容;②增加统计方法的比较与选择、临床论著中统计学报告与许阅准则章节;③突出统计学思维逻辑、基本原理、概念与方法的介绍,加强以问题为中心的"综合案例"的编写。
