大学生艾滋病相关知识与性行为的调查分析

目的了解大学生艾滋病知识水平、性行为发生情况以及二者的关系,为艾滋病的健康教育提供依据。方法采取分层整群抽样的方法抽取湖南某大学大一、大二、大三在校大学生1208名,用自行设计的问卷调查。结果3.4%的被调查学生和男/女朋友以外的其他人发生过性行为,安全套的使用率较低;和男/女朋友以外的人发生过性行为的学生艾滋病知识得分低于其他学生,发生性行为时经常、偶尔和从不使用安全套的三组学生艾滋病知识得分差异无显著性意义。结论危险性行为的发生和艾滋病知识水平有关,同时也可能受到性观念等因素的影响。艾滋病的健康教育应该将艾滋病知识和性教育相结合,重在改变危险性行为。

Investigation and Analysis on Related Knowledge and Sexual Behavior About AIDS Among the College Student

OBJECTIVE To study the state of the art about AIDS, the circumstance of sexual behavior and relationships of them among the undergraduate students, in order to provide basis for AIDS health education. METHODS 1 208 students who were layer cluster sampled from grade 1, 2 and 3 in a University in Hunan were investigated by using a self-designed questionnaire. RESULTS 3.4% students admitted their sexual intercourse behaviors with other person besides their boy or girl friends. The rate of condom be used was very low. The students who had sexual intercourse with other person besides their boy or girl friends had less score than the other students' score. No difference was found on the mean score of related knowledge about AIDS among the students who used condom usually, occasionally, never. CONCLUSION There were some relationships between dangerous sexual behavior and state of the art of AIDS. At the same time, the dangerous sexual behavior maybe were influenced by sex concept ?and so on among the college students. AIDS knowledge learning were combined with sex education in AIDS health education among college students, especially dangerous sexual behavior altered.
