基因探针法快速检测食品中金黄色葡萄球菌的研究

摘    要:[目的]应用Accuprobe基因探针方法快速检测食品中金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)。[方法]本实验针对基因探针法检测金葡菌的特异性、敏感性、准确性进行研究,比较该方法与传统国标法的检测结果。[结果]基因探针方法检测食品中金葡菌特异性强,采用增菌肉汤的检测低限为107cUfnJ,检测金葡菌的结果与国标法相一致;对食品中金葡菌鉴定时间仅需30min,简便快捷。[结论]基因探针方法可用于食品中金葡菌的快速检测。

Abstract:[Objective] A rapid detection of Staphylococcus aureus in foodstuffs by Accuprobe gene probe method was studied. [Methods] The detection results of Staphylococcus aureus with gene probe method in specificity, sensitivity, veracity was studied and compared with Chinese national GB standard method. [ Results] Gene probe method was a high-specificity detection method for Staphylococcus aureus and its low limit of detecion was 107 cfu/ml. There was no significant difference in results by these two methods. The whole confirmation process could be finished within 30 min. [ Conclusions] Accuprobe gene method was a rapid and convenient method for detection of Staphylococcus aureus in foodstuffs and the result is accurate and reliable.
