现代医学影像技术作为现代医学科学中发展最为迅猛的学科,为临床各科疾病的诊断及治疗提供了强有力的保障。江苏联合职业技术学院南京卫生分院作为全国最早开办全日制医学影像技术教育的学校之一,至今已有三十年的办学历史,为江苏省内外各级医疗机构输送了大批影像技术人才。鉴于该专业医工结合的特色,该院影像系深刻认识到“校院合作、工学结合”是我国医学职业教育改革与发展的方向,近年来借鉴理工科院校校企合作方面的经验,积极开展校院合作,在创新人才培养模式方面进行了大胆改革和实践,率先提出并建立起课程结构与工作任务相对接、课程内容与职业能力相对接、教学情境与工作情境相对接、专业课程与岗位工作相对接的“3.5+0.5+0.5+0.5”四段式工学结合人才培养模式,探索出一条真正将理论和实践相结合的医学影像技术教学之路。
