住院医师规范化培训心肺复苏技能实践与考核

摘    要:目的 以住院医师规范化培训心肺复苏技能实践为例,探讨如何提高住院医师临床技能操作能力。方法 选取重庆某教学医院在培规范化培训住院医师58人,通过开展心肺复苏技能的培训、考核,比较培训成绩,通过总体通过率、专业通过率、操作点通过率进行统计学分析。结果 本次考核,住院医师规范化培训58人,通过人数48人,通过率82.76%;培训前后,全科、妇产科、儿科、康复医学科、口腔科、精神科、医学影像科、检验科平均操作考试得分分别是78.5vs89.2、74.3vs87.5、70.6vs87.3、70.2vs85.6、69.8vs82.8、69.4vs80.4、69.3vs78.8、64vs76.5,均有统计学差异。培训后,全科专业规培学员平均得分89.2,得分最高,检验科专业规培学员平均得分76.5分,得分最低,二者均有统计学意义。胸外心脏按压、人工呼吸、安装电极板项目操作情况最差。胸外心脏按压,学员按压80次/分增加到1分30分完成。人工呼吸,学员常常延长30秒以上。安装电极板项目操作中,一般延长25秒以上。结论 不同规培专业通过率、不同专业培训前后,操作成绩均有差异。开展科学化、合理化的培训能够有效提供住院医师规范化培训学员的心肺复苏临床技能操作的能力。

Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) resident standardization training skills, practice and evaluation
Abstract:objective Affiliated hospital in Chongqing as an example, the resident standardization training to explore how to improve the ability of resident operating on the clinical skills. Methods Select a teaching hospital of Chongqing of 2013 grade, 2014 grade, 2015 grade in the standardized training of resident 58 people, through the training, examination for cardiopulmonary resuscitation skills, more training, through the overall pass rate, professional pass rate, operating point pass rate for statistical analysis. Results This assessment, 58 people resident standardization training, through a number of 48 people, pass rate of 82.76%.Before and after training, general practitioners, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, rehabilitation medicine, dental, psychiatric and medical imaging, clinical laboratory, the average operating exam scores are respectively 78.5 vs89.2, 74.3 vs87.5, 70.6 vs82.8 vs87.3, vs85.6 70.2, 70.2, 70.2 vs80.4, 69.3 vs78.8, 64 vs76. 5, are statistically significant. After training, general professional gauge cultivates students scored an average of 89.2, the highest score, clinical laboratory professional gauge cultivates students scored an average of 76.5 points, scored lowest, both have statistical significance.Chest compressions, artificial respiration, installing electrical plate worst project operation. Chest compressions, students 80 times/min up to 1 minute 30 minutes to complete. Artificial respiration, students often extend more than 30 seconds. Electrical installation plate project operation, the general extended more than 25 seconds.Conclusion Different rules, professional pass rate, the different professional training before and after operation results have differences. To carry out the scientific and rational training can effectively provide resident standardization training of the students'' ability of clinical skills of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) operation.
