摘    要:目的 观察PBL联合CBL教学法在人体运动学实验课中的运用效果。方法 选取研究对象为53名南通大学医学院四年制康复治疗学专业本科生,分为对照组(27人)和实验组(26人),分别开展传统教学和PBL联合CBL教学法。课程结束后对两组学生同时进行实验课理论考试和问卷调查。采用SPSS19.0统计软件对两组学生的考试成绩和调查问卷进行t检验,检验水准ɑ=0.05。结果 实验组的实验课理论考试成绩(89.81±1.32)高于对照组(84.82±1.75),差异有统计学意义(P=0.028);问卷调查结果显示实验组学生认为自身在学习兴趣和主动性、理论结合实际能力和团队协作意识等均优于对照组,P值均<0.05。 结论 在人体运动学实验课中运用PBL联合CBL教学效果优于传统教学。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of applying problem-based learning (PBL) and case-based learning (CBL)in the kinesiology experiments. Methods Totally 107 4-year program undergraduates of NanTong Univercity Mdical Scoole were divided into experimental class (grade 2013, n=53) and control class (grade 2014, n=54). The experimental class received traditional teaching and the control class received PBL and CBL teaching. The teaching effect was evaluated by examination and questionnaire. Results The theoretical examination results were better than the control group. Meanwhile questionnaire survey showed that the experimental group students were better than the control group in interest and initiative of learning, theory combined with the actual ability, the cooperation consciousness of team and so on. Conclusion TheSteaching effect of integration of PBL and CBL teaching methods is better than traditional teaching in kinesiology experiments.
