摘    要:目的:探讨基于ADDIE模式的案例教学法在《外科护理学》教学中应用的效果。方法:选取南京医科大学康达护理学院2013级四年制护理学专业大学三年级两个班学生为样本,按照随机化原则,一个班设为观察组,采用基于ADDIE模式的案例教学法,另一个班设为对照组,采用常规教学法,并比较两种教学方法的效果;结果:两种教学方法比较,观察组教学效果明显高于对照组(P < 0.01);结论:基于ADDIE模式的案例教学法的应用,可以有效提高学生对专业知识的理解和应用能力,培养学生独立分析问题和解决问题的临床思维能力,使学生更好地将专业理论知识与实际病例相结合,为步入临床工作岗位奠定良好的基础,切实提高护理专业课程的教学质量和教学效果。

Abstract:Purpose: To explore the effect of case teaching method based on ADDIE model in the teaching of surgical nursing. Methods: Two classes of the four-year nursing specialty college students in the third grade were selected as samples. According to the principle of randomization, one class was set as the observation group, the ADDIE model based case teaching method was adopted, and the other class was set as the control group. The results of the two teaching methods are compared with the control group. Results: Based on the ADDIE model, the effect of the two teaching methods is compared with the control group with P <0.01. Conclusion: The application of case teaching method can effectively improve the students" understanding and application of professional knowledge and cultivate students" ability to analyze and solve problems independently, so that students can better combine professional theory knowledge with actual cases to lay a good foundation for clinical work and effectively improve the nursing professional course teaching quality and teaching effect.
