3D打印实训在耳鼻喉专业研究生教育中的实践探讨

摘    要:目的:探讨3D 打印技术在耳鼻喉专业研究生实践教学中的价值。方法: 中西医结合眼耳鼻喉专业研究生42名, 其中对照组20人,采用传统教学方法;实验组22人,采用的为3D打印技术教学法。通过问卷调查、理论考核和实践考核成绩评价教学效果,选择配对t 检验进行数据统计分析。结果:调查评估平均分显示:对照组为59.4±3.5;实验组为64.6±3.6。理论考核成绩显示:对照组平均分为75.7±5.1,实验组平均分为81.5±7.7;实践操作考核显示:对照组成绩平均分为74.5±5.8,实验组平均分80.9±6.9。两组别数据差异对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:研究生对该教学方式的认可度要明显高于传统教学,3D打印技术教学的教学效果也优于传统教学。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the value of 3D Printing Technology applicated in medical education of graduate students of otorhinolaryngology. Methods Totally 42 graduate students of otorhinolaryngology were divided into control group (20) and experimental group(22) randomly.The conrtol gruop received traditional teaching mode and the expertimental group received 3D Printing Technology mode. The effect of teaching modes were evaluated by questionnaire and examination. The data were analyzed through t-test test. Result Questionnaire survey of the different teaching modes showed that :control group average score was 59.4±3.5,and expertimental group was 64.6±3.6; Theory examination score showed that : control group was 75.7±5.1, and expertimental group was 81.55±7.7; Practical assessment score showed that: control group was 74.5±5.8, and expertimental group was 80.9±6.9; All issues were significantly better than control gruop (P<0.05). Conclusion The recognition of 3D Printing Technology in Graduate students was significantly higher than that of the traditional teaching mode, and the teaching effect was superior to traditional one.
