摘    要:【】文章介绍了标准分数和原理和在教学督导评价中的具体应用方法,并以某校一个学期教学督导的成绩为例,分析了原始分与标准分在教学督导成绩计分的差异及原因,指出了标准分数的优缺点及在实际应用中的建议。

Abstract:The paper introduced the theory of the standard score and its application in instructional supervision. As an example, the paper analyzed the difference between the standard score and original score in instructional supervision recording and its reason by using the actual instructional score, and pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of the standard score, put forwarded the recommendations on its application.
