老年癫痫病人实施量化评估策略下护理干预及体会

【摘要】目的 探究老年癫痫病人应用量化评估策略护理干预对药物依从性及自我效能的影响，为后续临床治疗奠定基础。方法 以2021-05~2022-05进行治疗的老年癫痫病人280例为研究对象，将其随机分成观察组和对照组每组各140例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组在此基础上采用量化评估策略。分析比较两组病人药物依从性、自我效能、生活质量以及护理后满意度差异。结果 护理后两组病人生活质量评分及用药依从性评分均显著提高，且观察组评分显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）；护理后两组自我效能感评分均升高，但观察组变化显著优于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组满意度为92.86%显著高于对照组的85.00%（P＜0.05）。结论 采用量化评估策略护理干预后，老年癫痫病人的药物依从性及生活质量明显提高，同时可提升疾病控制状态及病人与家属的护理满意度，有较好的临床应用价值。

Nursing Intervention and Experience in Implementing Quantitative Evaluation Strategy for Elderly Epilepsy Patients

Abstract] Objective: To explore the effect of quantitative evaluation strategy nursing intervention on medication compliance and self-efficacy in elderly patients with epilepsy, so as to lay the foundation for subsequent clinical treatment. Methods: A total of 280 elderly epileptic patients treated from May 2021 to May 2022 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 140 cases. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received quantitative evaluation strategy on this basis. The differences in medication compliance, self-efficacy, quality of life and post-nursing satisfaction between the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results:After nursing, the quality of life score and medication compliance score of the two groups were significantly improved, and the score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);After nursing, the scores of self-efficacy of both groups increased, but the change of observation group was significantly better than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The satisfaction of observation group (92.86%) was significantly higher than that of control group (85.00%)(P<0.05). Conclusion: After nursing intervention with quantitative evaluation strategy, medication compliance and quality of life of elderly epileptic patients can be significantly improved. At the same time, disease control status and nursing satisfaction of patients and their families can be improved, which has good clinical application value.
