儿科医学影像学“5 3”专业学位研究生培养模式的探讨

【摘要】 近年来我校开展了医学硕士生“5 3”培养模式的改革,既往儿科医学影像学专业学位研究生培养主要参考成人影像学专业的培养模式,缺乏儿科专业性,普遍存在基础知识薄弱,缺乏完善的考核体系,创新及科研能力相对薄弱的问题。针对以上问题,近年来我院通过几届儿科医学影像学专业研究生培养的改革,总结了相关经验,主要通过轮转科室开展多元化的课程设置等措施,强化临床技能培养和影像学基本功培养;将影像诊断技能和操作及临床实践工作量的评分纳入考核评价制体系;加强影像专业研究生科研能力的培养,培养现代医学影像学专业高层次应用人才。

In recent years, our school has carried out medical master "5 3" training mode reform, the pediatric medicine imaging professional degree graduate education mainly refer to adult imaging professional training mode, and lack of pediatric professional, students have weak basic knowledge, lack of evaluation system, relatively weak innovation ability and scientific research ability. To solve above problems, in recent years, our hospital through successive pediatric medical imaging professional graduate education reform, summarizes the experience, mainly through clinical rotation department to carry out the diversified curriculum to strengthen the clinical skill training and medical image basic knowledge, put the imaging diagnosis and clinical practice skills and clinical practice workload grading into the evaluation system, strengthen the training of scientific research ability of medical imaging graduate students, training the modern medical imaging professional high-level applied professionals.
