安徽省皖北地区全科医学师资培训的效果分析

摘    要:目的 了解安徽省皖北地区全科医学师资培训的效果,为改进培训策略和措施提供依据。方法 按照《安徽省全科医学师资培训实施方案》的要求,设计培训课程,内容包括全科医疗与专科医疗的区别、全科医疗服务心理伦理相关技能、全科教学技能、全科临床技能、全科医学政策共32学时。通过自行设计电子调查问卷对参加培训的学员进行培训前和培训后的问卷调查。参加培训学员共118人,培训前109人参与问卷调查,问卷有效回收率为92.4%,培训结束后一开始参与调查的109名学员全部接受了调查,问卷有效回收率为100%。所有数据通过SPSS软件进行统计分析,计量数据以?c ±s 表示,采用t检验。以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果 培训后学员各项全科医学知识和技能自评分值均高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。课程满意度调查:组织与管理、培训设施、教师学识水平、培训教材、培训方法及技巧方面平均分均在4分以上,培训内容、帮助胜任教学工作方面平均分在4分及以下。 结论 本次培训取得了较好的效果;今后应加强师资教学能力方面的培训,根据学员需要,合理设计培训内容,注重提升单项课程培训质量与培训效果,运用多元化的教学方法进一步提高全科医学师资的教学能力。

Abstract:Objective To understand the effect of the general practice teacher training in North Anhui Procince so as to provide scientific basis for improving the training strategy and measures. Methods In accordance with the requirements of "Implementation of general practitioners training program in Anhui Province ", the training courses was designed, the contents of the training courses included general medical and specialist medical distinction, general medical services psychological ethics related skills, general teaching skills and general practice policy, a total of 32 hours. By self-designed electronic questionnaire, the participants were surveyed before training and after training. A total of 118 participants participated in the training, 109 people were surveyed before the training, the effective recovery rate was 92.4%. After the training, the 109 people were surveyed again, the effective recovery rate was 100%. All the data were analyzed by SPSS software, P <0.05 was considered statistically significant differences. Results the general medical knowledge and skills after the training were higher than the scores of former participants, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.001). By scoring each item, we found that, the higher scores were organization and management, training facilities, teacher knowledge, training materials, training methods and skills, the average score was more than 4 points. The lower scores are training content and help qualified teaching with the average score was less than 4points. Conclusion The training achieved good results, in the future, we should strengthen the training of teaching ability, design of the training content reasonably, thus, to further improve the effect of general practitioners training. According to student needs, we should design training content reasonably and pay attention to improving the training quality and training effectiveness of individual courses. Using a wide range of teaching methods to further improve the teaching capacity of general medicine teachers.
