昆明某高校附属医院临床医学专业学位硕士研究生对“并轨”培养模式满意度调查研究

摘    要:目的 探讨对“并轨”培养模式的看法与意义,为研究生规范化培训工作的顺利开展提供参考。方法 自行设计问卷,内容包括:轮转/规培情况、临床技能,科研学术方面,支撑条件,并轨政策的合理性及展望。选取昆明某高校附属医院2014、2015级临床医学专业学位硕士研究生,以无记名的方式,按总人数50%的比例,采用分层抽样及随机抽样的方法发放问卷并回收。采用excel数据库进行数据处理和分析。结果 共发放问卷200份,回收167份,有效回收率83.5%。参与调查的研究生中认为较为满意的项目依次是:并轨的培养模式更为合理85.0%(142人)]、提高临床综合能力83.2%(139人)]、加快高层次临床人才的成才67.7%(113人)]、利于统一临床实践标准55.1%(92人)]、利于就业48.5%(81人)]、节约医疗资源44.3%(78人)]。而调查发现研究生不满意的项目依次是:科研时间 88.0%(147人)]、轮转计划安排65.8%(110人)]、月收入89.8%(150人)]。结论 “并轨”的培养模式有利于加快临床医学人才成材,节约医疗资源,进一步完善了医学生教育体系,更好的提高医学生临床综合能力,但在具体培养计划、提高科研学术能力的培养及薪资待遇等方面仍需进一步完善。

Abstract:Objective Discussion on the meaning and significance of integrated training mode, and provided the reference for the smooth development of the work of standardized training graduate students. Methods A self-designed questionnaire, including that plans of rotate conversion of clinical departments, clinical skills, scientific research, support conditions, the rationality and prospect of the integrated training mode. We chose the graduate students of professional type classes of 2014 and 2015 in a university affiliated hospital of Kunming, in a secret-based manner, questionnaires were distributed and collected by stratified sampling and random sampling according to the proportion of 50% of the total number of them. Using excel database for data processing and analysis. Results A total of 200 questionnaires were distributed and 167 were recovered with an effective recovery rate of 83.5%. Graduate students involved in the survey were more satisfied with were as follows: methods of integrated training mode is more reasonable 85.0% (n=142)], improve clinical comprehensive ability 83.2% (n=139)], accelerate the development of high-level clinical talents 67.7% (n=113)], conducive to unify the clinical practice standards 55.1% (n=92)], conducive to employment48.5%(n=81)], saving medical resources 44.3% (n=78)].Meanwhile, the survey found that graduate students are not satisfied with the following items: research time 88.0% (n=147)], arrangements for plans of rotate conversion 65.8% (n=110)], monthly income 89.8% (n=150)].Conclusion The integrated training mode can accelerate the development of high-level clinical talents, save medical resources, further improve the medical education system and better improve the clinical comprehensive ability of medical students. However, it still needs to be further improved in terms of the arrangements for plans of rotate conversion of clinical departments, cultivation of scientific research ability, salary, etc.
