内科住院医师规范化培训基础理论教学方法探讨

目的 根据内科学特点[1]，优化住院医师规范化培训基础理论教学方法，完善规培理论教学，进一步提高医学生内科临床实践能力。方法 针对内科临床住院医师规范化培训存在的问题，提出了一种基于微课、在线PPT及网络反馈测试的内科临床住院医师规范化培训基础理论教学方法。结果 微课、在线PPT及网络反馈测试三者有机融合于同一系统进行内科临床规范化培训基础理论教学，涵盖教学内容、教学方法、教学考核等，形成全方位医学生内科临床规范化培训及考核新体系，在规培基地应用过程中可有效巩固医学生临床实践能力。结论 基于微课、在线PPT及网络反馈测试的规范化培训基础理论教学方法，可系统化、具体化、条理化、清晰化地辅助医学生临床实践，达到培养真正具有全面临床实践能力的规培生的目的。

Discussion on Teaching Method of Basic Theory in Standardized Training of Internal Medicine Resident

Objectives According to the characteristics of internal medicine, to optimize the basic theory of resident training courses teaching methods, improve the theory of pedagogy teaching, and further improve the clinical practice of medical students. Methods Aiming at the problems existing in the standardization training of medical clinical residents, this paper puts forward a basic teaching method of standardized clinical training for internal medicine physicians based on micro classes, online PPT and network feedback test. Results Micro-class, online PPT and network feedback test three organic integration in the same system for clinical standardization of clinical training basic teaching theory, covering teaching content, teaching methods, teaching assessment, forming the comprehensive medical students clinical standardization training and assessment system, the application in bacteria training base can effectively consolidate the clinical practice of medical students. Conclusions Based on the micro-class, online PPT and network feedback test of the basic training theory of basic teaching methods can be systematic, concrete, structured, clear to assist the clinical practice of medical students to achieve a truly comprehensive clinical practice ability purpose.
