摘    要:脑电图学内容广泛、理论抽象、图形复杂,而进修医师之间专业水平、学习能力及主观能动性存在差异,培训难度较大。在教学过程中我们总结了六种策略:既根据每位进修医师实际情况拟定培训目标,又端正其学习态度服从教学安排;既立足于电极安装、诱发试验设置、床旁监测排除干扰等操作技能的培训,又要让进修医师能用纵向发展变化的眼光和从横向多个角度在实际判读过程中寻找图形的规律;既要规范其报告,又要不断开拓其视野。从而更好的为临床医生服务。

Abstract:The Electroencephalography (EEG) has a wide range of content, complex graphics and abstract theory. Meanwhile, there are differences in professional level, learning ability and subjective initiative among refresher doctors. In the teaching process, we summarized six strategies to get better training goals: Not only make the training target according to the actual condition of every refresher doctors, but also make them take a correct attitude towards study and follow the teaching arrange; not only orient at the operational skills training, including electrode installation, EEG evoked test, Point-of-Care test to eliminate the interference, but also make the refresher doctors find the law of the diagram during the actual judging with vertical developing view and from the perspective of horizontal multiple angles. Not only standardize their report, but also broaden their view. After the above-mentioned procedure, the refresher doctors can assist the clinicians better.
