60岁以上老年人门诊眼科疾病构成分析

目的了解梁山县眼科门诊60岁以上老年人各种眼病的患病情况。方法对来院就诊的60岁以上老年人进行视力及矫正视力检查、裂隙灯显微镜检查和直接眼底镜检查。结果1582眼中有917眼患有白内障（57.96%）,居各种眼病的第一位。随年龄增长,白内障的患病率增高。791例患者中,双眼盲32例（4.05%）,双眼低视力65例（8.22%）,双眼低视力及双眼盲患者中有83.24%是由于白内障所致。917眼白内障患者有114（12.43%）进行过白内障手术。结论白内障是老年人最常见的眼病,远高于其他眼病的发病情况。实施白内障手术的病人还很少,白内障是造成视力损伤的最主要原因。

Proportion of eye dieases in aged 60 years or older in clinical ophthalmology

Objective: To find out the status of eye dieases in aged 60 years or older in clinical ophthalmology in Liangshan,Shandong province.Methods: The people aged 60 years or older in clinical ophthalmology were selected to undertake vision,corrected vision,slit-lamp microscopy and eye ground examination.Results: The prevalence of cataract was 57.96% the among people in aged 60 years or older and increased with age.It was the first in all the kinds of eye dieases.The prevalence of bilateral blindness and bilateral low vision was 4.05% and 8.22% in thm.Cataract accounted for 83.24%.Only 12.43% patient of cataract had experienced surgery.Conclusion: Cataract is the most common eye disease and has high incidence than the other eye diseases in old people.The number of cataract surgery is very low and cataract is the most primary reasen of visual impairment.
