孕前及孕早期TORCH感染检测临床分析

目的 为优生优育、提高人口素质,探讨早期预防和治疗TORCH(T.弓形虫;R.风疹病毒;C.巨细胞病毒;H.单纯疱疹病毒;O.其他病毒)孕期感染,并对阳性患者进行了治疗和优生指导.方法 应用酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测全体对象外周血清中病原体特异性抗体IgM.检测由专人负责,严格按说明书操作.试剂由上海玉兰生物技术研究所提供.结果 阳性总人数319例,总感染率:3.28%,TOX-LgM、RV-LgM、GMV-LsM、HSV(Ⅱ)-LgM感染率分别为0.103%、2.64%、0.309%、0.237%;319例TORCH感染者均按治疗方案接受系统治疗,总转阴率达97.49%.结论 进行TORCH感染检测,做到早期诊断、早期治疗、早期预防很有必要.
