骨髓增生异常综合征的造血抑制性T细胞

以体外培养的方法，对１５例骨髓增生异常综合征患者的骨髓，用社体介异的单克隆抗体选择性去除Ｔ细胞亚群，通过粒－单核祖细胞集落产率的变化，观察Ｔ细胞亚群对造血细胞的抑制活性，结果发现１５例ＭＤＳ骨髓去除ＣＤ４细胞前后ＣＦＵ－ＧＭ集落产率无明显变化；去除ＣＤ８细胞后，１１例ＭＤＳ骨髓ＣＦＵ－ＧＭ集落产率无明显变化，４例ＭＤＳ骨髓ＣＦＵ－ＧＭ集落产率增加３８％－７１％，与未去除ＣＤ８细胞组有明显差（Ｐ＜０

HAEMOPOIETIC INHIBITORY T CELLS IN MYELODYSPLASTIC SYNDROMES

The effects of T-lymphoeyte subsets on bone marrow granulocyte-macrophage colony formation in vitro in 15 patients with myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) were studied by selective removal of subpopulations of marrow T-lymphocytes using complement mediated monoclonal antibody cytolysis priorto culture. When CD4-positive cells were removed from bone marrow samples no significant change in the number of granulocyte-macrophage colony foiming unit (CFU-GM) was observed in 15 patients.When CD8-positive cells were removed in 11 out of 15 patients there was no significant change in CFU-GM number increased by 38%-71% (P<0.001). The results suggest that haemopoietic inhibitory T lymphocytes exist in some MDS patients and T lymphocytes play a role in regulation of hacmopoitic cell differentiation.
