| 摘 要： | 目的：观察修复双柱治疗肱骨髁间C型骨折的疗效。方法：采用肱三头肌两侧手术入路，找到相对较大或解剖标志比较明确的一侧髁，将其与近折端复位固定，再将相对较小或解剖标志不太明确的一侧髁与近折端复位固定，治疗肱骨髁闻C型骨折。结果：48例肱骨髁间C型骨折，46例解剖复位和近解剖复位，复位成功率95．8％，手术时间47min～93min，平均60min。手术出血200500ml，平均350ml。按照Morrey标准，肘关节功能优30例，良14例，差2例，功能优良率95．6％。结论：修复双柱治疗肱骨髁间C型骨折，副损伤小，可操作性强，方法简单，疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the curative effect of dual column restoration on type C humeral intercondylar fracture (TCHIF). Methods:Bilateral triceps approach was applied to find one condyle that was larger with clearer anatomic landmark. Then the proximal end of the fracture was reset and fixed to it. Next,fix the proximal end to the relatively smaller condyle with unclear anatomic landmark.
