| 摘 要： | 目的··:研究褪黑素对海洛因依赖大鼠催促戒断症状的治疗效果。方法··:大鼠按剂量递增法连续皮下注射海洛因42d,用纳洛酮催促成瘾的大鼠,给予不同剂量的褪黑素治疗。结果··:褪黑素保护组、褪黑素单剂量治疗组在剂量为25mg·kg-1、250mg·kg-1时,能缓解大鼠的戒断症状(与海洛因对照组比较,P<0.05);褪黑素50mg·kg-1、75mg·kg-1、125mg·kg-1单剂量给药组能明显缓解大鼠的戒断症状(与海洛因对照组比较分别为P<0.01、P<0.01、P<0.001)。结论··:褪黑素能控制海洛因依赖大鼠的戒断症状;在剂量为25-125mg·kg-1范围内存在一定的剂量依赖关系。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effect of melatonin (MT)on withdrawal syndromes of heroin dependent rats. Method:To establish heroin dependent rat model using the pattern of gradually increasing dose of heroin (from 1.0 mg·kg-1 to 8.0 mg·kg-1);heroin dependent rats were precipitated by naloxone,and treated with MT in various doses. Result:The withdrawal response of rats was alleviated by MT in multiple doses and single dose of 25 mg·kg-1 (compared with the group untreated by MT,P<0.05), and obviously inhibited by MT in single dose of 50、75 and 125 mg·kg-1. Conclusion: MT can inhibit heroin withdrawal symptoms effectively. |
