| 摘 要： | 目的建立一个较完整确切的已有文献支持的RNAi相关医学信息数据库。方法以Windows 2003为平台,使用 SQL server 2000 PHP ⅡS 6．0构建一个Web数据库,建立RNAi相关信息的搜索平台,向其提交从PubMed搜寻到的RNAi 文献中他人已经成功试验的目的基因,靶序列,干扰效率等数据。结果建立了可以同时显示干扰基因,GeneTarget,POsition from ATG,pmcid,siRNA,干扰效率,细胞系七个子界面的搜索平台。结论通过SQL server 2000 PHP构建web数据库,成功的建立RNAi相关信息搜索平台。

| Abstract: | Objective To design and apply a software of the RNAi medical information database. Method The information about RNAi was sent into the database by searching for other's successful data through SQL2000 PHP on windows 2003. Results The designed software realized the searching function in real time showing the interference gene,Gene Target,Position from ATG, pmcid, siRN A, interference efficiency and cell line. Conclusion We can search the correlated information through this RNAi database by SQL server 2000 With PHP. |
