| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨大剂量胸腺肽与甘利欣联合治疗慢性乙型肝炎的效果。方法：慢性乙型肝炎病人随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组预以大剂量胸腺肽（100mg/日）和甘利欣联合治疗，对照组仅给予甘利失治疗。比较治疗前，治疗后2周和4周的肝功能和乙肝病毒血清标志物。结果：联合治疗组肝功能恢复较对照组更快（P＜0．05），部分病人血清HBV－DNA转阴较对照组明显。结论：大剂量胸腺肽与甘利欣联合治疗慢性乙型肝炎具有相加作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effects of combiration treatment with a large amount of thymosin and potenline for chronic hepatitis B. Methods:Patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into treated group and control group;The former was treated a large amount of thymosin,100mg daily and potenlien,the treat only with Potenlien.Results:The recovery of liver function in the treated group was faster than the control group( P <0.05) and the serum HBV-DNA regative of some of patitients was more obvious than the control group after treated 2 week and 4 week.Conclusion:The combination treatment with a large amount of thymosin and potenline for chronic hepatitis B.possess to add together poly. |
