结直肠癌伴梗阻病人新辅助化疗与营养支持的作用

目的:观察新辅助化疗在结直肠癌伴梗阻病人中的作用。方法:选取结直肠癌伴梗阻的病人16例,按改良FOLFOX6方案给予新辅助化疗2个疗程,间隔2周,并同时按照肠道功能情况给予肠外或肠内营养支持,化疗结束后2周内予以手术治疗。结果:所有病人在接受新辅助化疗后梗阻均得到了不同程度的缓解。所有病人均接受了一期切除吻合手术,术后恢复良好,无并发症发生。结论:在结直肠癌伴梗阻病人的治疗中,新辅助化疗可以缓解梗阻,为一期切除吻合手术创造条件。

The effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy and nutritional support in treatment of colorectal cancer with obstruction
