调强放疗在乳腺癌保乳手术后的临床应用

目的:探讨乳腺癌保乳术后调强放疗的近期疗效及并发症。方法:对21例乳腺癌保乳术后患者应用NOMOUS公司的PEACOCK系统进行了调强放射治疗,平均随访13个月。结果:全部病例无1例局部复发,无放射性肺炎、肺纤维化的发生。患侧乳房的大小、形状、弹性、乳头和皮肤的感觉与健侧相比,无明显差别。但射野区皮肤均出现2度放射性皮肤反应,1例出现皮肤溃疡。结论:早期乳腺癌接受保乳术加根治性调强放疗可以取得满意的临床效果。

The clinic research of intensity modulated radiation therapy after breast-conserving surgery of breast cancer

Objective: To investigate the short-term efficacy of (Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy) IMRT after Breast-Conserving surgery of breast cancer. Methods: Eleven breast cancer patients after Breast-Conserving surgery received IMRT which used PEACOCK system of NOMOS company. Patients were followed-up for an average of 13 months. Results: None of the patients had local relapse, radio-pneumonia, pulmonary fibrosis.10 patients had II°radio-skin reaction at the irradiation field.Radio-skin reaction and was treated by skin transplant. Compard with unaffected part, the size, shape, elasticity of the affected breast had no obvious difference, nor did sense of the skin and mammilla. Conclusion: Early-stage breast cancer with Breast-Conserving surgery followed by IMRT can get satisfying clinical effect and possibly can enhance long-team survival of patients.
