青少年代谢综合征发病与其体重超标或肥胖的关系研究

目的探讨青少年代谢综合征与体重超标或肥胖的关系。方法选择2010年于本院体检的7～18岁青少年900名为研究对象,其中超重250名(A组),肥胖340名(B组),体重正常310名(C组),测量其身高、腰围、血脂、血糖及胰岛功能等指标,并进行组间比较。结果三组间MS检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A、B组腰围、血压、FBG、TC、LDL-C、TG均明显高于C组(P<0.05),但三组间HDL-C差异无统计学意义。A、B组代谢综合征各项目检出率均明显高于C组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论超重及肥胖青少年代谢综合征发生率明显高于正常体重青少年,并且腰围、血压、血脂等代谢综合症的相关因素随体重增加而增加,应引起临床重视。

Relations of metabolic syndrome of youth and overweight or obesity

Objective To explore the relationship between adolescent metabolic syndrome and overweight or obese. Meth- ods Selected 900 cases of young people aged 7-18 years in 2010 as research object, 250 cases with（A group） overweight , 340 cases with obesity（B group）, normal weight of 310 cases（C group）, to measure and compare the height, waist circum- ference, blood lipids, blood sugar and insulin function indicators of three groups. Results MS detection rate among the three groups was significant different（P 〈 0.05）. Waist circumference, blood pressure, FBG, TC, LDL-C, TG of group A, B were significantly higher than group C （P 〈 0.05）, the differences of HDL-C among three groups were not significant（P 〉 0.05）. The metabolic syndrome detection rate of group A, B were significantly higher than group C （P 〈 0.05 or 0.01 ）. Conclusion The incidence of overweight and obese adolescents metabolic syndrome was significantly higher than the young people of normal weight , and waist circumference, blood pressure, lipids and other relevant factors of the metabolic syn- drome increased with body weight increasing, it should be paid attention .
