16排螺旋CT血管成像技术在影像诊断主动脉夹层中的价值

摘    要:目的探讨对主动脉夹层患者应用16排螺旋CT血管成像技术进行影像学诊断的临床价值。方法对2010年1~12月我院收治的24例主动脉夹层患者影像学资料进行回顾性分析,采用16排螺旋CT胸腹联合平扫以及增强扫描,使用MIP(大密度投影)、MPR(多平面重组)、SSD(表面遮盖显示)和VR(容积再现)等方法进行三维重建。结果 24例患者通过16排螺旋CT扫描后显示出9例为Ⅰ型,6例为Ⅱ型,9例为Ⅲ型,MPR和VR都能够显示出患者的真假腔以及假腔内有大小不等的腹壁血栓。结论 16排螺旋CT血管成像的优势在于扫描速度快、无创、空间分辨率提高和时间分辨率的提高,可以在患者一次闭气的情况下完成整个扫描过程。所得成像清晰,为临床诊断提供了详尽的信息。

Abstract:Objective To study on the clinical value of aortic dissection patients with application of 16-slice spiral CT angiography technique for imaging diagnosis. Methods In our hospital from 2010 January-December treated 24 cases of aortic dissection patients with imaging data were retrospectively analyzed, Using 16 row helical CT thoraco abdominal plain scan and enhanced scan, The use of MIP (high density projection), MPR (MPR), SSD (shaded surface display (VR) and volume rendering method for 3D reconstruction). Results In 24 patients byl6 slice spiral CT scanning after showing for 9 cases of type Ⅰ , In 6 cases of type Ⅱ, In 9 cases of type Ⅲ, MPR and VR will be shown in patients with true and false lumen and false lumen thrombosis with size ranging from abdominal wall. Conclusion Sixteen row spiral CT angiography has the advantages of fast scanning speed, noninvasive, improved spatial resolution and temporal resolution enhancement, In patients with a closed condition to complete the whole scanning process. The imaging is clear, for the clinical diagnosis and provides detailed information.
