护理干预对消化性溃疡患者心理状态及疗效的影响

目的探讨护理干预对消化性溃疡患者心理及疗效的影响。方法消化性溃疡患者60例随机分为干预组与对照组各30例,对照组只进行常规护理,干预组在常规护理基础上行心理护理干预。结果干预组患者的疗效达90%,其疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05),干预组的护理满意度高,并发症发生率及复发率低,住院时间短(P<0.05)。干预组SAS、SDS评分较对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。结论护理干预可以明显改善消化性溃疡患者的负性心理状态,提高临床疗效。

The impact of nursing intervention on the psychological status and efficacy in patients with peptic ulcer

Objective To explore the impact of nursing interventions on the psychological and efficacy of patients with peptic ulcer. Methods 60 eases peptic ulcer patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group 30 eases,the control group only for routine care, the intervention group was given the psychological care on the routine care. Results The efficacy of the intervention group was 90%,was significantly better than the control group（P 〈 0.05）, the in- tervention group had better satisfaction, lower complication rate and lower recurrence rate,shorter hospital stay（P 〈 0.05）. The intervention group SAS, SDS score was decreased significantly than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention can significantly improve the negative state of mind of peptic ulcer patients, improve clinical outcomes.
