摘    要:目的观察白内障超声乳化及人工晶体植入围手术期护理干预效果。方法选取我院2011年1月-2012年1月80例(80眼)行白内障超声乳化及人工晶体植入术患者作为研究对象,全部入选患者随机分为干预组和对照组各40例,对照组根据医嘱随机对症进行护理,干预组给予术前、术中及术后围术期护理干预。比较两组术后视力的恢复情况及并发症情况。结果干预组术后视力恢复较对照组好,且并发症少。结论对白内障超声乳化及人工晶体植入术围术期实施系统的护理干预措施,不仅可提高手术的成功率,减少手术后并发症的发生,而且可以明显促进术后视力的快速恢复。

Abstract:Objective To observe nursing intervention of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in peri-operation. Methods In our hospital from January 2011 to January 2012,80 cases (80 eyes)for cataract phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in patients as research subjects, all enrolled patients according to the random number table were randomly divided into intervention group and control group ,each groups had 40 cases, the control group were given randomly according to his physicians symptomatic care, the intervention group were treated with surgery, intra-operative and postoperative peri-operative nursing intervention. The recovery of visual acuity and complications were compared between two groups. Results The intervention group were visual acuity, and fewer complications than the control group. Conclusion Phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation care interventions in the peri-operative period of implementation of the system, not only can improve the success rate of surgery to reduce the incidence of complications after surgery, and can significantly promote the rapid recovery of visual acuity.
