| Abstract: | Antimycobacterial β-Aminoketones Synthesis and testing for antimycobacterial properties (M. tuberculosis H 37 Ra) of the β-aminoketones 1-12 are described. These compounds combine the modes of action of N-alkyl-benzylamines and 3-(dimethylamino)ketones and show higher activities. |
