鼻腔雾化吸入给药在鼻内镜手术后的临床应用观察

摘    要:目的观察鼻内镜手术后患者采用鼻腔雾化吸入给药的疗效。方法对200例居住于市区有条件复查的鼻窦炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组100例。对照组术后3 d开始用生理盐水冲洗鼻腔;治疗组术后3 d开始先用生理盐水冲洗鼻腔,然后用鼻腔雾化吸入给药的方法 ,雾化吸入的配方为患者使用的第三代头孢类抗生素、桉柠蒎、地塞米松、羟甲唑啉。随访两周观察两组患者鼻腔恢复情况,包括痂皮的脱落、粘膜上皮化的时间,判断治疗效果。结果治疗组患者痂皮的脱落、粘膜上皮化时间明显短于对照组(P〈0.05);治疗组患者治愈率达到98%,对照组84%,治疗组明显高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论鼻内镜手术后的患者采用生理盐水冲洗,并结合鼻腔雾化吸入给药能更好地促进术后鼻腔粘膜早日恢。

Abstract:Objective To observe the efficacy of aerosol inhalation delivery of patients after endoscopic surgery.Methods 200 cases living in the urban areas with easy access to re-examination of sinusitis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,each including 100 cases.The nasal cavity in the control group was irrigated with saline 3 days after the surgery;while treatment group received nasal irrigation with saline 3 days after the surgery,then was applied aerosol inhalation delivery of the third-generation cephalosporins,Eucalyptus Lemon pinene,dexamethasone,oxymetazoline.Follow-up ensued for 2 weeks to observe the recovery of the nasal cavity of the patients so that the efficacy could be assessed.Results It took much shorter time for the treatment group patients to have eschar shedding and mucosal epithelium;the curative rate for the treatment group was 98%,which was significantly higher than the curative rate 84% for the control group.Conclusion It was efficient for the patients after endoscopic surgery to recover earlier when saline irrigation combined with aerosol inhalation delivery were adopted.
