严重急性呼吸综合征患者外周血血液学与生化指标结果分析

目的 :探讨严重急性呼吸综合征 (SARS)患者外周血血液学和生化指标的改变 ,为临床诊治提供依据。方法 :收集本院确诊SARS患者 37例 ,正常对照组 43例的静脉血标本 ,分别进行血常规和生化常规检测 ,并对相应指标进行比较。结果 :SARS组白细胞计数 (WBC)、血小板计数 (PLT)、血小板平均体积 (MPV)、淋巴细胞百分数 (Lym %)、淋巴细胞 (Lym)均低于正常对照组 ,且有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1) ;其余血液学指标和生化指标两组间无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :SARS患者外周血实验室检查血液学和生化指标产生有意义的改变。提示SARS病毒可能引起人体肝脏、骨髓及免疫系统的损伤。

Hematology and clinical biochemistry changes in patients with severe acute respiratory syndrome

Objective To investigate the changes of hematology and clinical biochemistry results in patients with severe acute respiratory syndrome(SARS),which was helpful to clinical diagnosis.Methods The items of hematology and clinical biochemistry were tested in groups of 37 SARS cases and 43 healthy controls.Results Compared with the results of control groups,the levels of WBC,PLT,MPV,Lym%,Lym and serum TP,ALB,Ca,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,ApoAI,ApoB were significantly lower.But the levels of serum ALT were significantly higher.Conclusion The laboratory results of the blood samples from SARS patients changed significantly.It can be suspected that SARS-CoV may offend the human liver,bone marrow and immune system.
