| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨ＲＥＣＫ、ＭＭＰ-２与骨肉瘤的侵袭转移以及预后的关系。方法 利用免疫组化技术检测２００１年至２００４年我院４９例骨肉瘤患者组织标本中ＲＥＣＫ、ＭＭＰ-２的表达情况，同时结合患者的相关临床病理特点，进而分析其表达的临床意义。结果 ４９例骨肉瘤患者组织中ＲＥＣＫ与ＭＭＰ-２表达相关（ｒ＝－０.６０３，Ｐ＜０.０５）。单因素分析提示年龄、性别、肿瘤部位、组织亚型与ＲＥＣＫ、ＭＭＰ-２表达无明显相关性（Ｐ＞０.０５），而与肿瘤转移及复发状况相关（Ｐ＜０.０５）。４９例骨肉瘤患者５年生存期与ＲＥＣＫ、ＭＭＰ-２表达相关（Ｐ＝０.００３，０.０２８）。结论 ＲＥＣＫ、MＭＰ-２与骨肉瘤转移、复发及预后有关，可作为预测骨肉瘤复发、转移及预后的重要参考指标。
