重度妊高征终止妊娠时机与分娩方式的临床分析

目的　探讨重度妊高征终止妊娠的时机和分娩方式对母婴的影响。方法　对重度妊高征 168例进行回顾性分析。结果　我院 168例重度妊高征经及时终止妊娠选择适当的分娩方式 ,母亲全部存活。剖宫产率 64 .9%,新生儿窒息率 4.77%,围产儿死亡率 3 .5 7%。结论　适时终止妊娠是治疗重度妊高征极重要的手段 ,终止妊娠的方式首选剖宫产。

Time and Method of Pregnancy Termination in Severe Pregnancy Induced Hypertension

Objective To study the effects that the timing of severe pregnancy induced hypertension and method of labour have on mothers and infants.Methods 168 pregnant women suffered from severe pregnancy induced hypertension were enrolled for retrospective analysis.Results Of the enrolled 168 cases, after the treatment of in-time termination of pregnancy and proper method of labour, all mothers stay alive. Rate of cesarean section accounts for 64.9%, while soffocation rate of newborns is 4.77% and perinatal infant mortality is 3.57%.Conclusions In severe pregnancy induced hypertension, pregnancy should be terminated in time, pregnancy termination is one of the most important treatment methods, and cesarean section is the first choice.
