黄龙口服液对柯萨奇B3病毒性心肌炎小鼠白介素12水平及自然杀伤细胞活性的影响

目的 :探讨黄龙口服液干预柯萨奇B3 (CVB3 )病毒性心肌炎小鼠动物模型血清IL 12水平和NK细胞活性的影响。方法 :CVB3 诱导Balb/c小鼠心肌炎为研究对象 ,给予黄龙口服液进行干预 ,分别于用药后第 3,7和 14d测定小鼠血清IL 12水平和NK细胞活性。同时测定心脏组织中病毒滴度 ,进行心肌病理学检查。结果 :黄龙组小鼠血清IL 12水平明显升高 ,NK细胞活性增强 ,早期小鼠心脏组织中病毒滴度下降 ,心肌损害较轻。结论 :黄龙口服液干预病毒性心肌炎小鼠在免疫损伤中起到一定的保护作用 ,早期提高宿主对病毒免疫应答能力 ,能有效提高CVB3 感染小鼠血清IL 12水平和提高NK细胞活性 ,从而在早期降低心脏组织中病毒滴度 ,减轻心脏损伤程度 ,有效改善预后。

Effect of Huanglong Solution on Mice with Myocarditis Induced by Coxsackie Virus B3:Enhancement of Interleukin-12 and Natural Killer Cell Activity

Objective: To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine Huanglong solution on interleukin-12(IL-12) and natural killer(NK) cell activity on mice with myocarditis induced by coxsackie virus B 3(CVB 3). Methods: CVB 3 induced myocarditis in Balb/c mice,and treament started on day 0 with Huanglong solution for 14 days. IL-12 and NK cell activity was determined on mice on day 3,7,and 14. The viral titer of the heart and the pathologic examination was examined concurrently. Results: Serum IL-12 increased siginificantly and NK cell activity in the spleen increased in group treated with Huanglong. The viral titer of myocardium was lower and mice in group Huanglong had less myocardial necrosis. Conclusion: Huanglong solution is beneficial to mice with CVB 3 induced myocarditis,and promotes early innate immune responses of the host. Huanglong solution can efficiently enhance IL-12 and NK cell activity,and reduce the viral titer of heart and myocardial necrosis.
