阿奇霉素治疗宫颈支原体、衣原体感染87例临床观察

目的：分析阿奇霉素注射液治疗宫颈支原体、衣原体感染的疗效。方法：选取2009年7～11月本院137例宫颈支原体、衣原体感染患者,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组87例采用阿奇霉素,对照组50例使用克拉霉素,比较两组的临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率高达96.55%,对照组总有效率仅为66.00%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组出现不良反应而中断用药治疗的为4.60%,对照组因药物不良反应而中断治疗的为5.75%,两组差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：阿奇霉素注射液治疗宫颈支原体、衣原体感染疗效确切、不良反应较小,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation of azithromycin in treatment of cervical mycoplasma chlamydia infection in 87 patients

Objective：To analyze the effect of azithromycin in treatment of cervical mycoplasma chlamydia infection. Methods：July to November 2009 137 cases of cervical mycoplasma and chlamydia infection were divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group were given azithromycin,control group were given clarithromycin,and compared the clinical efficacy. Results：The effective rate of treatment group was 96.55%,control group was only 66.00%,the difference was sigmificant （P〈0.05）; the treatment group had adverse reactions and interrupted drug treatment accoumted for 4.60%,control group was 5.75%,there had no significant difference. Conclusion：The azithromycin injection treats cervial mycoplasma chlamydia infection has accurate curative effect,slight adverse rection,is worth affirming.
