| 摘 要： | 目的探讨两台不同型号全自动生化分析仪检测血浆葡萄糖结果的可比性。方法按照EP9-A2文件要求,用ROCHEP800为对比仪器,TOSIBAACCTUE为评价仪器,测定相同血浆标本的葡萄糖浓度;以美国临床实验室修正法规（CLIA＇88）规定的室间质量评价允许误差范围的1/3为标准,判断两台仪器的临床可接受性。结果两台不同全自动生化分析仪检测葡萄糖结果相关性良好（r〉0.975）,临床可接受性能评价在可接受范围。结论两台不同品牌全自动生化分析仪的葡萄糖检测结果具有良好的可比性。
