| 摘 要： | 目的探讨平均红细胞体积（MCV）、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量（MCH）、红细胞分布宽度（RDW）对孕前筛查地中海贫血（地贫）的应用价值。方法采用全自动血细胞分析仪检测基因诊断的地贫患者（地贫组）和健康者（对照组）的血常规,分析地贫患者MCV、MCH、RDW的变化规律,判断此筛查方法的灵敏度。结果各类地贫患者的MCV、MCH、RDW与正常对照者比较差异显著（P〈0.05）。地贫患者MCV和MCH正常、RDW升高者占1.6%,MCV和MCH降低、RDW正常者占23.4%,MCV和MCH降低、RDW升高者占71.9%;筛查地贫灵敏度达96.9%。结论综合分析MCV、MCH和RDW变化,可以作为地中海贫血高发区计划生育服务站筛查地贫的初筛手段;此方法简便、经济、实用。
