| 摘 要： | 加味左全丸由左金丸加木香、柴胡、大黄等组成，用传统工艺制成水泛丸。临床治疗34例消化性溃疡及慢性胃炎惠者．以改善胃痛等主要症候为标准评价疗效．结果总有效率85．3％。显效率52．9％．药效学实验结果表明该方具有明显毒痛、促进胃排空、抑酸和抗溃疡作用。与临床疗效相符。

| Abstract: | his article reports the results of clinical observation and experimental research of Jiaweizuojin PILL (JWZJP). Intreating 34 cases of Peptic ulcer and chronic gastritis, the total effective rate of JWZJP on improving the main symptoms (stomach-ache, flatulence, regurgitation, etc. ) was, obtained at 85. 3%, in which the markedly effective ratewas 52. 9 %. Animal experimental research suggested that JWZJP had the effects on relieving stomach-ache, improving gastric empty , inhibition of gastric acid secretion and anti-ulcer. |
