| 摘 要： | 温经汤和艾附暖宫丸能减少醋酸所致小鼠扭体反应次数．延长扭体反应出现的时间．温经西的作用略强于艾附暖宫丸；二者皆能提高小鼠在冷水中的游泳时间，作用相当：温经汤能显著降低血瘀动物模型的RBC压积、全血粘度、纤维蛋白粘度、血浆粘度．作用显著强于艾附暖宫丸；二者对小鼠急性大出血引起的“血虚”模型有较强的补血作用．作用相当。

| Abstract: | he results of experiments show that both of Wenjingtang Decoction and Aifu Nuangong Bolus have the followingeffects: (1) arresting pain, (2) prolonging obviously the swimming time of mice in cold water (P< 0. 05 ), (3) loweringobviously the hematocrit, total blood viscosity, blood plasma viscosity, fibrin viscosity etc. on the experimental blood-stasis rats, (4) increasing obviously the level of Hb and RBC on Blood-deficient mice to nomal. It also shows that Wen-jingtang's effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis is stronger than that of Aifu Nuangong Bo-lus. |
