热毒平的解热作用研究

摘    要:对于内毒素、类脂A、肿瘤坏死因子.干扰素、鹿角菜胶、酵母或2.4-二硝基酚引致家兔或大鼠的实验性发热.热毒平灌服有显著的解热作用。量效关系明显。对内毒素或类脂A所致发热.热毒平作用尤强.lg/kg的作用与100mg/kg阿斯匹林相当;对于鹿角菜胶、酵母及2.1-二硝基酚性发热,2g/kg的热毒平的作用与100mg/kg阿斯匹林相当。本文还对七种发热模型的病因、过程和特点与中医临床证候的比类进行了讨论。

Abstract:he antipyretic effect of Reduping, a novel endotoxin-antagonist made from traditional Chinese Medical Herbs,was studied in fever rabbits or fever rats induced by endotoxin, Lipid A, TNF, IFN, carrageenine, Yeast or 2, 4-dinitrophenol. The results showed that Reduping prosscssed a strong antibyretic effect in experiments by above men-tioned all pyrogens, the antipyretic effect of Reduping at dose of 1g/kg or 2g/kg po was approximately equivalent tothat of Aspirine at dose of 0.1g/kg. Antipyretic effect of Reduping in fever aminols induced by endotoxin or Lipid Awas stronger than that by other pyrogens, it may result from both of antiendotoxin and antipyretic effects of the newdrug.
